LICENSED NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIAN · 25 YEARS IN PRACTICE
I'm Dr. Vida Talebi, ND.
For 25 years, I've sat across from women who were told everything looked normal — while they knew, in their body, that something was wrong.
WHY I WORK THIS WAY
The moment I stopped accepting "normal".
Standard lab ranges were built to catch disease — not to show you where your health is heading. So on paper, almost everything counts as "normal," right up until the day you cross over into being sick.
But that gap is exactly where the fatigue lives. The brain fog. The anxiety. The weight you cannot explain no matter what you do.
"Normal" too often just means "not sick yet." That is not the same as well.
Somewhere in those 25 years, I decided that wasn't good enough. Not for my patients — and not for you.
So I built The Vital Years. Not a clinic visit, and not a course you scroll through by yourself — a small group learning it together, with me, and a set of simple, non-negotiable changes you keep for good. Not a protocol for the next six weeks. A way of living in the body you will be in for the next forty years.
I graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2001. In the years since, I have worked almost entirely with women — women moving through perimenopause and menopause, women with autoimmune disease, women with gut conditions no one could explain. For the past seven years I have also been Medical Director of Vida Aesthetic Medicine.
Then it happened to me. Going through my own menopause transition changed how I heard every conversation in that exam room. I watched my patients move through the same passage, one at a time, in appointments that were never long enough — and I kept thinking: this should not be something each of us survives alone.

Why I brought this online.
HOW I PRACTICE
The whole woman, not the isolated number
I look at metabolism, gut, hormones, inflammation and cellular energy together, because in midlife they are not separate problems. They are one system, talking to itself.
My job isn't to manage you. It's to help you understand your own body well enough that you stop needing me.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Three things I will not compromise on.
Standard ranges are built to diagnose disease. They were never designed to tell you where you're headed — and they don't.
"Normal" isn't optimal
Your body is shifting for real, understandable reasons. Understood properly, these can be the strongest years you've had.
Midlife isn't decline
Not to be dismissed, and not to be managed. To actually understand what is happening inside your own body.
You deserve to understand
